Waking Up & Light

Directly outside to get sunlight in the eyes. A big cup of coffee and a quick review of the day's most important tasks.

07:30 - 11:30

Deep Work Block #1

The hardest task first. Econometric modeling, coding, or heavy research.

12:00

Lunch & Walk

Break from the screen. Often a walk while listening to a podcast about macroeconomics or tech.

13:00 - 16:00

Deep Work Block #2 / Meetings

Second phase of work. Documentation, feedback, or project collaboration.

16:30 - 18:30

Machine Time (Gym)

Switching focus entirely to the physical. Heavy lifts and momentum.

20:00 - 22:00

Reading & Reflection

Wrapping up the day with analog reading. No screens before bedtime.
